Model Clauses
Model clauses can be used when adding conflict resolution clauses into contracts in case the parties want the possible conflicts to be solved in LS Arbitration, or when an agreement is made about solving a certain already existing conflict in LS Arbitration:"Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of LS Arbitration"
